Letter from the CEO

Our goal has always been to treat our customers as partners.  We know the importance of your brand and are committed to enhancing and protecting it each and every time we complete an order.  A common expectation among all of our team is to produce every product in a manner that they would be proud to wear it.  That’s our commitment to you. 

 

To do this, we pay close attention to the little things.  Every one of your designs and logos contain a significant number of details involving specific lettering, colors, sizes, and styles.  Whether it’s a patch on a sleeve, a design on a tee shirt, or a monogram on a cap, we go to great lengths to do it right. 

That’s also why we have invested heavily in equipment and people to complete almost any order in-house.  We control our own destiny and also the quality of what goes out of our door.

Our on-site capability is one of the things that really separates us from the rest.  I know a lot of you have visited our New Iberia location but I want you to know that every customer is always welcome to stop by and take a tour at any time.  I’m proud of what we do here and especially proud of the Action team!

 

We’re also proud of the communities where we work and live and are committed to helping out with a lot of different charitable and community events.  In the last month, we supported Project Graduation, a race to benefit Mental Health, the 4-H Foundation, and various school awards and summer camps.   We love doing this stuff!

 

We’re making it happen at Action and when our customers call, we always say “we can do that!”.
