Letter from the CEO
June 17th, 2022
Summer is here and that means school is out and families are spending more time together. I have many fond memories of my summers growing up in Patterson. Summer always provided us with extra play time and we made the most of it. My siblings and cousins had so many fun times swimming and skiing on Bayou Teche. Over the years, the summers have also allowed me to spend quality time with my family vacationing, fishing, and relaxing on the white sands in Destin. I hope all of our friends and customers get an opportunity to make some good memories this summer.
While summers are fun, they also bring hot temperatures and lots of humidity. We offer a lot of products to keep you, your family, and your teams cool whether you are working or playing. Yeti cups, caps, koozies, umbrellas, and UV shirts are just a few of the items we stock in our company store. These items are also good suggestions for company picnics, wedding parties, and family reunions. We can monogram or engrave anything you want to commemorate a special event.
Our team at Action works and plays hard. I’ve been blessed to have surrounded myself with employees that care so much about our customers and their co-workers. We all work hard to earn your trust and keep your business. Thanks to my team and all of our customers for the continued support!
Our support of our local communities continues across all seasons. In June, we sponsored the Live Like Liam event. This charity provides scholarships to young men and women as well as supports other local youth programs. In Texas, we participated in the Oilfield Helping Hands event, a worthy cause for oil worker families in need. We believe strongly in doing our part to keep our local communities strong!
Before closing, I’d like to wish all of the Dads a Happy Father’s Day and share a special poem that rings true:
A sturdy, steady hand to hold
In times of stress and strife.
A true friend we can turn to when times
are good or bad.
One of our greatest gifts and blessings,
The man that we call Dad.
We’re making it happen at Action and when our customers call, we always say “we can do that!”.
