Spring is here and our clocks are now one hour ahead. I like daylight savings time but the reality is we still have 24 hours in a day.  At Action, we try to make the most of every day.  In fact, the first quarter of 2023 has started with many busy days tackling new initiatives.  I’d like to share a few things that are happening here.

Our new screen printing equipment and technology are up and running.  This has been a game-changer for us.  We can print in a wider range of colors and our set-up time has been cut in half.  This new technology allows us to quickly produce both large or small orders to better serve our customers.

We went live with a new inventory software system last week.  Like any new system, there have been some challenges but the team has responded and things are getting better every day.  Thanks to our customers for your patience as we went through the conversion.  In the long run, we will be able to serve you better.  I also want to give a shout out to the guy that led this project – Jarett Landry.  Jarett has a knack for technology and a passion for streamlining things.  His commitment and hard work were on full display as he navigated our team through the new system.
