Fall is here and cooler temperatures are on the way.  Football is in the air and I’m excited to start enjoying the games on the weekends.  If you know me, you know I have adopted many of the principles taught by the famous football coach, Vince Lombardi.  One of his quotes that really hits home with me is “People who work together will win, whether it be against complex football defenses, or the problems of modern society.”

I’ve owned a business most of my life.  Owning a business is not for everyone.  It requires a big commitment and a lot of hard work.   The business world is competitive, and customers have high expectations.  We emphasize teamwork at Action because I know when we work together, we win together.  Tackling today’s challenges by implementing new technologies, providing on-going training for our team, and focusing on continuous improvement initiatives keeps us ready for “game time”.

We also encourage our team to help tackle challenges in our local community.  This past month we supported Team Parker and St. Jude.  And this weekend, we will be actively involved in an event supporting the Lydia Cancer Association.  We are committed to our local communities in the same way we are committed to our loyal customers.
