Our business has been built on a simple motto, “We can do that”. Over the years, our customers have requested products or services that, at the time, we didn’t offer. However, we always wanted to try to help our customers, so we chose to explore ways to get them what they needed. That “take care of the customer” attitude has led us to expand our business in many ways. We offer so many products today that we never would have added to our inventory without those customer inquiries. And we offer services like online stores and uniform replenishment programs that resulted from customer requests.
So, it should be no surprise that we are doing it again. We have recently been selected to be a distributor for MSA Safety, the global leader in the development, manufacture, and supply of safety products. We already offer a wide range of personal protective equipment, but this relationship will expand our offering into three new areas – fall protection, gas detection, and respiratory protection equipment. I’m so excited to announce this new relationship. It’s going to be a step change for our business and our team is up for the challenge. Stay tuned for more details.
This month, several of our team members gave their time to make Valentine’s Day a bit more special for some senior citizens in our community. Our team created cards and visited with residents in a local retirement community. This small gesture of love helped to put a lot of smiles on some special people that day. Our business contributes a lot to the local community and it warms my heart to see our employees giving their time to do good things.
We’re making it happen at Action and when our customers call, we always say “we can do that!.”
