I participated in a lot of team sports in my youth.  This included my favorite sport of football where I played quarterback.  I liked being a leader on the team and calling plays in the huddle.  However, I knew that the only way we could win is if we all played together as a team.  Every member of our offensive line had to make their blocks, we had to be in sync on our passing routes, and our defense had to pick us up in games where we did not score a lot of points.

That early team sports experience has cascaded into our business here at Action.  We think and act as one team even though we have 14 different departments in our company.  We have regular meetings to share our successes and failures.  In fact, we just had a review of our first half and started game planning to finish the second half on a win streak.
