The first quarter of the year is already gone.  I love the quote, “Time and tide wait for no man.”.  So true!  And it feels like that every day here at Action.  We process over 4,000 orders every month.  A significant portion of those orders are what we call “rush orders”.  When we get a rush order, it means our customer has placed an order that they need very quickly.  It’s important that we work smart and efficiently and understand our priorities to meet those rush order deadlines.  On time delivery is a daily expectation here at Action.  Again, “tide and time wait for no man.”.  And, I would add “for no customer, as well”.

The end of Q1 also means April is here.  I love this time of year.  The trees and flowers are starting to bloom again.  The grass is turning green.  Temperatures are warming up but still comfortable.  More people are doing things outside.  All of this just makes everyone seem happier and more upbeat.  This carries over into the workplace.  Employees bring more energy to their jobs and the whole business just has a positive vibe.  We try hard to transfer that positive attitude into every customer interaction.  I want to thank all our customers for their support and to let them know that we strive to provide a positive experience every time they place an order.

We also like to do our part to make our local community better.  This month, we are supporting several schools, the Dreams Come True program, and the Heart Strings & Angel Wings organization.  Every time we give, we get more back.  That’s positive energy!
