In 1994 when I walked into that little building on Weeks Island Road in New Iberia just looking for a few shirts, I never dreamed that 15 years later, we would have done so many off the wall items, crazy colored shirts and hats, and promotional items that have turned heads, and made people customers of both of our companies. It is truly amazing what you and the rest of the team at Action Specialties can do with a T-shirt or a simple cap. The professionalism and knowledge of you and your staff make doing business with Action Specialties an easy task, and I think that is what makes you stand apart from the other guys who only seem interested in selling you stuff. It is very obvious that the approach at Action Specialties is about helping a client use top items to promote and build their business. Ironically when you do that for someone, they turn into another sales person for you by telling everyone who you are and how good of a job you did for them. Your finished products speak for themselves, but the fact that you can take someone’s idea and turn it into art, not to mention art that sells, is really worth every dollar spent. I think of all the things I have enjoyed about working with your team, it has been that I have seen a lot of my ideas come to life, and with a little or a lot of help from the team, I have seen customers craving “second helpings” of our marketing products. They still talk about our orange year, followed by the yellow and lime green.
