I joined Action in 2001 as they were in the process of moving to a new location. With that move came an expansion of the products and services they offered as well as need for a larger sales force. I was so excited to join the team that my first desk was the kitchen table, thankfully an office space that included a real desk opened shortly there after.

 

My most memorable experience with team action, is when Hurricane Rita hit our area. A large portion of our workforce not only saw the wrath of this storm but felt it . From missing roofs to flooded living-rooms Lenny, Craig and Nancy did not hesitate to jump in and start helping. Campers were purchased within a week of the hurricane to house the employees that lost their homes.

 

We work hard, but we are all a family.
